  10.   With this option, you can check the passwords of your users. If one
  11.   or more of the following clauses is for a user true, JLUTIL sends
  12.   him a message specified in JLUTIL.CNF (read GENERAL.HLP for more infor-
  13.   mations):

  15.       ■ the password is too short (PasswordLength < PL= in JL.CNF),
  16.       ■ the password is a part of the UserName,
  17.       ■ the password is in the file BADPSW.@JL in the subdirectory \MISC.
  18.  
  19.   If JLUTIL has checked the passwords of all Users and if JLUTIL has
  20.   detected one or more 'bad' Passwords, it will write a report to the
  21.   Sysop, if you specified this. The Name of this message is specified in
  22.   JLUTIL.CNF too.

  24.   You can use the enhanced or the old control panel.
